PURCHASING PROCESS

The purchasing process starts when we first research FF&E costs to formulate and/or to adhere to preliminary budget guidelines established by the client. The process continues with updates following actual purchasing of goods, the delivery of goods to the site up till the installation is completed.

The process ends with the proper accounting of all items purchased and the management of all purchasing and accounting data.
